Daniel is a dynamic business leader and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in finance, investments, mining, real estate, and sustainable development.
Expertise in strategic growth, operations, and stakeholder engagement across private and ASX listed companies. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Business from Swinburne University. He is a member of the Australian Institute of Public Accountants (AIPA) and Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (MAICD).

PETER SPIERS

Peter Spiers has more than 30 years of international experience in the resources industry spanning exploration, mine development and operations. He previously held the role of Executive Chairman at Konstantin Resources for four years until its acquisition by Middle Island Resources.
Peter was formerly Group Manager – Business Development at WMC Resources and was the founding Managing Director of Orbis Gold (ASX:OBS). During his tenure at Orbis, Peter led the Company’s evolution from an Australia-focussed explorer into an international gold company, delivering multiple gold discoveries in West Africa totalling 2.6Moz, prior to its hostile acquisition by Canadian miner, Semafo Inc.
He is a graduate geologist from the University of Melbourne and a Member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists.
RICHIE YANG

Richie Yang is Managing Director of Sydney/Hong Kong based Vs Capital Group, a corporate finance advisory firm and family office working primarily in the mining resources sector since 2009. Richie has more than 19 years of corporate finance experience working with public and private companies, assisting them with business development and project financing. Richie also held successful CEO and Executive Director roles with numerous ASX listed resource companies, he currently sits on the board of Theta Gold Mines Limited (ASX: TGM), a gold mine developer in South Africa managing over 6Moz of gold resource. Richie holds a Bachelor degree from the University of New South Wales majoring in business economics and finance.
DAVID A-IZZEDDIN
Non-Executive Director
David A-Izzeddin is a geologist with over 30 years of experience across a wide range of commodities and global regions. His expertise spans exploration, resource definition, project evaluation, feasibility studies, mine development, and business development.
David played significant roles in the discovery and development of several major deposits, including Mount Wright and Nolans-Sarsfield in North Queensland, Tuvatu in Fiji, and multiple projects in Serbia such as Valja Strz, Surdulica, and the Timok Carlin Gold Project.
